At build 2017, plans were laid out for a number of new additions to the Windows Store. One month on, we now have access to some of the latest apps, programs, and software available through the Windows 10 built-in marketplace.

New Additions To The Windows Store Include iTunes, Autodesk, Dolby Atmos And More

Microsoft is working alongside some of the biggest software creators across the globe to bring a newsworthy list of new software options to the Windows Store. These new additions have put our eyes on the Windows Store more-so than ever before.

Let’s take a look at some of the most notable names below.

iTunes

iTunes is first on the list. Currently, a Google Search can return multiple download links for iTunes. This approach is frankly quite confusing to anybody that may be unfamiliar with iTunes or Apple.

By bringing iTunes to the Windows Store, it will be easier than ever to download, install, and update iTunes without picking up any unnecessary adware along the way. iTunes isn’t yet out on the Windows Store, but it should be put online within the next few months.

Autodesk

Autodesk is bringing their range of creativity software to the Windows Store. Currently, AutoCAD Mobile, Autodesk SketchBook, and Autodesk Tinkercard are available for free.

There are plans to add more Autodesk software to the Windows Store in the future, including a Windows 10 exclusive version of Autodesk SketchBook.

Spotify

Spotify is one of the most popular new additions to the Windows Store.

Dolby Access

Dolby Access is a brand new audio software suite designed for improving a variety of different listening experiences. Dobly Access users can now sign up to a Dolby Atmos virtual surround sound experience for speakers or headphones via the Windows 10 Store directly.
